Uyuni Salt Flats & Atacama

We will arrive in Uyuni early, and we will find our guide to go to our local office, there we will have time to leave our things, have breakfast and take a brief self-guided tour of the city. Then we will begin our long awaited Jeep Tour towards the Salar de Uyuni! You will share this adventure in a jeep with capacity for up to 6 travelers Our journey will pass through the Train Cemetery and then we will finally reach the Salar of Uyuni, which is the largest salt desert in the world! Enjoy the various breaks we will take along the way, among them lunch in a restaurant completely built of salt! And also the beautiful island and Cactus Incahuasi. We'll finish our day in Colcha-K, where we'll spend the night. After breakfast, prepare for a great day, we continue with our Jeep Tour, this time towards the Avaroa National Park, which is in the Andes Mountains. Along the way you will see volcanoes and ponds inhabited by beautiful birds, like flamingos. Then we go towards the Siloli Desert which is considered one of the most arid in the world and stands out for its rock formations as the Stone Tree. During the day, we make a stop for lunch, like Picnic in the desert, which is included in the script. In the afternoon we will arrive at the Colored Laguna which curiously bears this name due to its reddish and bright water that forms an unforgettable spectacle of nature. Today is the day to wake up early, because we will move towards the Geysers Sol de Mañana, an area of intense volcanic activity, where the geysers are. You will be able to meet towers of hot water and steam that spring from the ground and that can reach great heights, up to 50 meters! We will also visit thermal water lagoons that have therapeutic properties, where it is worth enjoying a wonderful and refreshing bath (optional). Then we will visit the Dali Desert and then we will reach the key point of our day: the Green Lagoon, which is in front of the Lincabur Volcano, thus forming one of the most beautiful views of our entire journey! Still in the morning, we arrive at the immigration station, where we will say goodbye to our Jeep driver to board the Chilean transport heading for San Pedro do Atacama. The rest of the afternoon will be free. Important: The Chilean immigration office will deliver the forms to be filled out and after immigration control there will be baggage control and passport stamp for exit and entry, respectively.

Today you will have the morning free. In the afternoon we will go on tour to one of the most incredible spots in all of San Pedro do Atacama: Valle de la Luna, places that would make a beautiful location of science fiction film due to its exotic and mysterious beauty. This tour is done in the afternoon so you can enjoy the magic that is sunset in this region. The tour ends at dusk when the temperature falls in Atacama, we recommend taking a coat.

Breakfast at the hotel and later meet the guide at the hotel to start our tour. The first stop is at the Atacama Salar the largest in Chile and the third largest in the world. Let's take our tour to the Altiplanic lagoons, which are inside the Los Flamencos National Park. The Park has this curious name due to the large number of these birds that inhabit the site. During the day, we will make a stop for lunch, which is already included. The return to the hotel will be done in the late afternoon, the rest of the day free! Important: San Pedro do Atacama is a privileged place to observe the sky and the different constellations, planets, stars and their ancestral meanings that were given by the native indigenous cultures that lived in the desert.
