Today is the day to meet Historical and Modern Lima! We start with a city tour of the main sights:

Plaza de Armas: Admire the grand cathedral and the Government Palace.

Catacombs of the Monastery of San Francisco: Explore this underground maze full of bones and ancient stories.

Huaca Puclana: Marvel at this pre-Inca adobe pyramid in Miraflores (external visit).

Miraflores: Finish your tour with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean at the famous Larcomar Shopping.

After breakfast at the hotel and at the agreed time, we will take you by private transport to Lima airport to catch your flight to Arequipa, a wonderful city that is situated in a valley between volcanoes . Arequipa is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Today, after breakfast, we will spend part of the morning exploring Arequipa, known as the White City because of the white "sillar" stone used in the construction of many of its buildings.

During our tour in Arequipa, your guide will show you the main sights: the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, the Church of La Compañía de Jesús and the notable Convento de Santa Catalina. This impressive complex of cobbled streets and elegant buildings was opened to the public in 1970 and offers a beautiful and very different view of the city.

In the afternoon, after the tour, we return to the hotel so that you can enjoy a free time in Arequipa .

Today we will leave from Arequipa towards Canyon del Colca. On the way, we will pass by the Chachani volcano, Pampa de Arrieros, Pampa Cañahuas and the Aguada Blanca National Reserve, where we will appreciate the vicuñas, llamas and alpacas and learn how these animals help in the economic development of the region.

Then, we will pass by Viscachani, the Pampas de Tocra environmental reserve and the Mirador de Los Andes.

After lunch, we will descend to Chivay , which is the main town and capital of the province of Caylloma. We will arrive in this city in the middle of the afternoon and, after checking in at the hotel, we will go to the Thermal Baths of La Cadera - a great place to rest and relax. In the evening, we will watch a folk show , which you will surely love.

Today is an adventure into Colca, an incredible canyon considered the deepest in the world. Here you will find the best place to spot the Andean Condor (the largest bird in the world) in its natural habitat, mixed with a landscape full of canyons that have the background of Sabancaya (one of the most active volcanoes in the Americas), making an impressive contrast of landscapes.

In the afternoon, we will travel by tourist bus towards Puno, a traditional city on the shores of Lake Titicaca.

Breakfast at the hotel and then head to Lake Titicaca Port, the highest navigable lake in the world! Highlights of the day include:

Floating Uros Islands: Visit these unique islands made of totora, where the natives share their millennial traditions, construction techniques and sustainable way of life. You will have the opportunity to navigate a totora boat, experiencing how the Uros move through the waters of the lake.

Taquile Island: We head to Taquile Island, famous for its beautiful artisanal fabrics and its welcoming culture. The inhabitants of Taquile are known for their exceptional weaving skills, producing some of Peru's finest fabrics.

Highlight of the day A delicious lunch is included on Taquile Island overlooking Lake Titicaca, accompanied by friendly local natives!

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a tour bus (with a guide) for a fantastic trip across the Peruvian Altiplano . You will see, this is a unique opportunity to discover the landscape and culture hidden high in the Andes Mountains . Along the way, stops are included to visit Andean villages , centuries-old churches with paintings from the Cusco school, temples and Inca ruins and other ancient civilizations. Entries to attractions and a lunch at a buffet restaurant are included. In the late afternoon we will arrive in Puno and our team will take you to your hotel. Tambomachay: Later, we explored Tambomachay, the Inca Bath, known for its advanced sources and hydraulic engineering.

Puca Pucara: Our next stop is Puca Pucara, the Red Fortress, which served as a military checkpoint, offering incredible views of the surrounding landscapes.

Highlight of the day: In the late afternoon, your guide will accompany you to the EXPEDITION train station for boarding to the charming village of Machu Picchu (Water Calientes), ensuring a journey full of discoveries.
